Accountabilities:
- Build and deploy AI agents, workflows, automation systems, and AI-powered tools that solve real customer, product, and operational challenges.
- Develop practical applications using LLMs, retrieval systems, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation frameworks.
- Create AI-assisted experiences across areas such as customer onboarding, support, KYC processes, risk reviews, CRM, document management, and product intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities and rapidly deliver AI solutions.
- Design reliable AI systems while balancing accuracy, hallucination prevention, latency, cost efficiency, security, compliance, and user trust.
- Transform manual processes into scalable AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Evaluate and improve AI system performance through testing, monitoring, and continuous iteration.
- Contribute to defining best practices for building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered products.
- Work cross-functionally with business and operational teams to understand problems and deliver solutions with measurable value.
- Strong hands-on engineering experience with a focus on building and shipping production-ready AI systems.
- Proven experience developing AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar modern development languages.
- Ability to identify meaningful automation opportunities and apply AI where it creates genuine business and user value.
- Experience building reliable systems, including evaluating quality, improving performance, and maintaining production stability.
- Strong understanding of AI development concepts such as retrieval, prompt engineering, tool integration, evaluations, and workflow automation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Practical mindset focused on shipping impactful solutions rather than only exploring concepts.
- Experience in fintech, banking, insurance, fraud prevention, KYC, customer support automation, CRM, or operational systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team.
