This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA, Dallas, TX, or Memphis, TN

This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As a Senior Lead Technical Manager, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the corporate systems team reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Systems, you will support projects including deployment of financial and procurement systems across the globe.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Lead complex initiatives by taking ownership of problems. These problems often span technology, process, and people. Guide them to resolution through structured plans and collaboration
  • Bridge business and technology by working with team members to agree on requirements, review solution designs, and ensure proposed approaches are practical, and scalable
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration by facilitating meetings, building consensus across diverse teams, and bringing the right people together to move initiatives forward and unblock progress
  • Lead delivery and quality through a mix of project management and hands‑on technical contribution

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • You will collaborate with a broad range of partners, being a bridge between core technology teams and business‑led technology initiatives
  • You will collaborate with business technology & process teams, core technology teams, enterprise application and platform owners, external partners and SaaS vendors
  • You will have a small team of contractors that report to you directly, but mostly this is an individual contributor role

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • Clear plans and decision artifacts that align leadership and guide execution, including project plans, budgets, timelines, steering committee materials, and discussion decks used to inform decisions and secure consensus
  • Well‑defined solution and architecture documentation that translates needs into executable designs, such as architecture and data‑flow diagrams, process flows, integration designs, and technical options assessments
  • Operationally ready delivery outputs that ensure our solutions support production, including our testing and validation of documentation, our support models, and our transition of materials for ongoing operations

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field, with demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives in an enterprise environment
  • Six (6) years of work experience in management consulting or an internal consulting‑style role, partnering with business and technology team members to scope problems, develop solution options, and deliver outcomes
  • Six (6) years of experience working with enterprise ERP technologies (e.g., PeopleSoft or equivalent ERP platforms) or Coupa
  • Experience supporting Coupa–ERP integrations and related business processes, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and operational readiness
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of enterprise technology and SaaS-enabled solutions. This includes system integrations, such as APIs and SFTP/file-based exchanges, as well as solution and architecture design
  • Experience translating business process requirements into technical deliverables and operational models
  • This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
  • Travel up to 5%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 7+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Ten (10) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
