Reporting to the Data Center Technical Lead, the Senior Data Center Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the physical compute infrastructure in our data center.

Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, Data Center or Infrastructure environment
Understanding of computer hardware, networking, and data center infrastructure.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues and performing component replacements.
Familiarity with cable management, labeling standards, and physical network setup.
Experience using ticketing systems and asset tracking tools.
Effective communication skills and ability to follow technical documentation and procedures.
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+)
Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for building what’s next
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
A mindset that blends engineering rigor with creative problem solving
Class 5 driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities
- Run the engines of modern AI by operating and optimizing high density GPU and accelerator environments
- Design and scale next‑gen infrastructure, from cooling strategies to power distribution to automation frameworks
- Partner with world‑class engineering teams to deploy cutting‑edge hardware and software stacks
- Drive operational excellence through monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement
- Innovate relentlessly, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reliability, and sustainability

- The hourly rate of pay range for this position is $39.50-41.50/hour
