Key responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth while leading and managing a high-performing team of sales representatives.
- Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead the FIRE Line of Business (Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, PAVA, and Emergency Lighting), ensure delivery of annual operating plan (AOP ≥ $18M) targets and execution of long-term strategic plans (STRAP). Foster a performance-driven culture focused on exceeding business results.
- Oversee strategic development, revenue growth, cost management, operating income, transition projects, and working capital to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Collaborate with and align cross-functional matrix teams to drive operational excellence and business outcomes. Champion the Voice of the Customer across all business transformation initiatives.
- Support and promote the “One BA” approach, maximizing Honeywell Building Automation growth across the Africa region.
You must have:
- 10+ years of experience in fire sales channel
- Channel management understanding
- Experience in managing large team
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Valid passport with no travel restrictions.
- Valid driving license.

- Background in fire detection and fire suppression systems is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required; French is a plus.
