Role responsibilities
The SVP of Human Resources Operations provides strategic oversight and operational performance for HR functions across Appalachian Regional Healthcare. Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience, particularly in a healthcare setting, is required.
