A Day in the Life:
Serve as a trusted partner to a portfolio of entertainment industry clients, building strong relationships with studio, production, media, and entertainment organizations. You'll drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and delivering customer-focused mobility solutions that create value for clients. Through proactive engagement, industry insight, and strategic account planning, you'll strengthen partnerships, increase account penetration, and grow Hertz's footprint while ensuring long-term client success and retention.
Starting salary is $80,000, plus bonus potential and a company car or business and personal use.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–2+ years of sales and customer service experience, required
- Support of high-end clientele; management experience and experience in car rental, hospitality, tourism, or automotive industries are a plus
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional presence while delivering exceptional service and managing client expectations
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop employees through performance management, coaching, accountability, and corrective action in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-location operations, coordinating logistics and vehicle deliveries, and managing competing priorities with strong attention to detail and operational excellence
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with knowledge of business and travel operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to balance strategic objectives with day-to-day execution
- Valid driver's license required, with the ability to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding driving records and violations
