Accountabilities:
- Partner with Sales teams to review and support deal structures, ensuring alignment with commercial policies and smooth downstream processing.
- Manage and process channel purchase orders, verifying accuracy between partner documentation and internal systems.
- Support inventory and fulfillment activities by coordinating stocking orders and ensuring operational readiness.
- Serve as a central resource for sales booking processes, collaborating with order entry, supply chain, and billing teams when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and data quality within Salesforce and related business systems.
- Identify process gaps, system issues, and operational improvements by collaborating with internal teams and tracking solutions.
- Provide additional support during high-volume periods, including quarter-end and year-end business cycles.
- Interpret complex documentation and independently resolve operational challenges with speed and precision.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of deal desk processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Experience applying or supporting Deal Desk practices within a fast-paced business environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in technology sales support, enterprise software operations, sales operations, or a related enablement role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and strong understanding of maintaining accurate data across integrated systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones and adapting schedules based on business needs.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Understanding of complex hardware, software, or technology-based sales processes is a plus.
