JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven HubSpot Revenue Operations Specialist to join a fast-moving, client-focused Rev Ops consultancy based in the UK. This is a full-time remote role embedded within one of the consultancy's key client accounts, working closely with their Marketing and Sales teams to improve processes, systems and HubSpot performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong RevOps professional who enjoys building scalable solutions and seeing their work make a direct commercial impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Partner with the client's Marketing and Sales teams on a day-to-day basis to understand priorities and pain points
- Build and maintain a roadmap for process and system improvements across the revenue function
- Deliver HubSpot changes in line with the agreed roadmap, including workflows, pipelines, properties and automation
- Design and build native HubSpot features to support marketing campaigns, sales sequences and reporting
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose practical, scalable solutions
- Maintain clear documentation of HubSpot configurations and process changes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between the CRM setup and commercial objectives
- Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and provide timely resolutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- 2+ years of experience partnering with Sales or Marketing teams in a B2B environment
- Strong HubSpot development skills, including workflows, custom properties, sequences and reporting
- Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, CRM Specialist or similar role
- Solid understanding of Marketing and Sales methodologies and processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical HubSpot solutions
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection

Role: to work with one of Justin's clients full time, partner with their Marketing and Sales teams, build a roadmap for process & system improvements, and deliver HubSpot changes in line with the roadmap.
