Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned with sales priorities, target personas, and business goals.
    • Build and manage segmented, automated email nurture programs using marketing automation platforms to move leads through the funnel from marketing-qualified leads to sales acceptance.
    • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling campaign messaging, assets, and calls-to-action tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
    • Plan and execute demand generation webinars, including topic development, speaker coordination, promotional campaigns, follow-up activities, and performance analysis.
    • Define, monitor, and optimize campaign performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
    • Use CRM and marketing automation analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Conduct testing and optimization of campaign elements, including email subject lines, creative assets, and calls-to-action, to improve engagement and conversions.
    • Partner with SEO, content marketing, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment across digital campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
    • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead management processes, follow-up strategies, feedback loops, and campaign outcomes.
    • Work with event marketing teams to maximize campaign impact before and after industry events and trade shows.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
      • 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably within technology, software, or government-focused industries.
      • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, email marketing programs, webinars, and full-funnel optimization initiatives.
      • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or similar tools.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, measure performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
      • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and product teams.
      • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies is preferred.
