ISC Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)
As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained. - Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3rd Shift (12.00 AM- 7 AM)
- 4+ years of experience in production supervision or management within a manufacturing environment.
- Avanced English
- Project Productivy experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling tools.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge on ERP systems (Sap).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
