Title and Summary
Executive AssistantRole OverviewThe Executive Assistant (EA) to the SVP, Value Enablement & Optimization serves as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the executive, enabling effectiveness across a complex, global, and high-growth function.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—acting as a central orchestrator of executive priorities, operating rhythm, and stakeholder engagement across Services, Core, and CNPF businesses.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Operations & Prioritization
• Manage end-to-end executive calendar with a strong focus on priority alignment, time optimization, and strategic focus
• Proactively anticipate conflicts, trade-offs, and shifting priorities across global stakeholders
• Drive well-structured daily/weekly operating cadence (staff meetings, 1:1s, reviews)
2. Leadership & Meeting Orchestration
• Coordinate ELT, SteerCo, and cross-functional leadership forums
• Ensure meetings are purpose-driven, with clear agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups
• Track action items and decisions, ensuring timely closure and accountability
3. Communication & Executive Narrative
• Support drafting and coordination of executive communications (emails, leadership updates, talking points, presentations)
• Ensure consistency of messaging across teams and stakeholders
• Act as a quality filter for materials going to senior leadership
4. Stakeholder Management & Connectivity
• Serve as a key interface between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders
• Build strong relationships across Product, Pricing, Customer Success, Strategy, and regional teams
• Facilitate alignment across a highly matrixed organization
5. Program & Initiative Support
• Provide light-touch coordination across priority programs (e.g., MVQ expansion, leadership updates, strategic initiatives)
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams
• Support preparation for high-visibility events, offsites, and leadership engagements
6. Travel & Logistics Excellence
• Manage complex international travel, ensuring seamless logistics aligned to executive priorities
• Coordinate visits, offsites, and leadership engagements across regions
