Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications supporting Oracle Hospitality Global Fiscal Solutions.

  2. Develop enhancements and new capabilities for Oracle Hospitality Global Fiscal Solutions.

  3. Design and implement scalable APIs, integration services, and distributed applications connecting Oracle Hospitality platforms with fiscal authorities, payment providers, ERP systems, and third-party hospitality solutions across multiple countries.

  4. Develop and optimize application and database components to support high-volume, mission-critical enterprise systems.

  5. Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including implementation, automated testing, deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

  6. Build secure, reliable, and scalable cloud-native applications using modern software engineering practices.

  7. Apply AI-assisted software engineering tools to improve code quality, testing, documentation, debugging, and development productivity.

  8. Troubleshoot complex application and database issues and implement effective, sustainable solutions.

  9. Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

  10. Collaborate with Product Management, QA, Architecture, Security, Support, Cloud Operations, and global engineering teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions.

  11. Follow Oracle engineering standards, coding guidelines, and software development best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

  • Relevant professional software development experience.

  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise software applications.

  • Experience developing APIs, distributed applications, and database-driven solutions.

  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and application performance optimization.

  • Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.

  • Exposure to cloud-native application development using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or another major cloud platform.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing or integrating Global Fiscal Solutions, including tax, invoicing, receipt, or fiscal compliance systems.

  • Experience integrating enterprise applications with payment gateways, fiscal providers, ERP systems, or external business services.

  • Knowledge of containerized application development and cloud-native architectures.

  • Experience applying AI-assisted software engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Exposure to enterprise AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI-assisted development workflows.

  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging technologies, observability, and performance optimization.

  • Understanding of hospitality business processes and global fiscal compliance requirements.
