Accountabilities:
- Conduct current-state assessments, including process mapping and workflow analysis, to translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design future-state processes, product roadmaps, and end-to-end solution architectures.
- Provide strategic and operational guidance throughout client engagements, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Develop implementation and stakeholder communication plans to support adoption of new workflows and technologies.
- Design and support training and change management programs to ensure successful end-user adoption and sustained impact.
- Establish KPI and SLA monitoring frameworks to track performance, value realization, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and operational teams to optimize medical coding and revenue cycle processes.
- Proven experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations within client-facing environments.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, medical coding standards (ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS), and reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience in process improvement, project management, and large-scale implementation initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into structured solutions supported by data and analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive and operational audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving in complex environments.
- Healthcare coding certifications (CIC, CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT) are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-driven workflow optimization and healthcare technology solutions is a plus.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $113,520 to $226,555.68 annually, depending on experience and location.
- Eligibility for an annual bonus plan with a target of up to 10% of base compensation.
