Accountabilities:

    The Product Owner will drive the development and continuous improvement of Pix-related products by connecting business objectives, user needs, and technology capabilities. This professional will manage priorities, support agile execution, and ensure that product initiatives generate measurable value.

    • Build and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, communicating priorities and decisions clearly to development teams, business areas, and stakeholders.
    • Create detailed product documentation, including initiatives, epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria to support effective delivery.
    • Validate product initiatives with stakeholders before development begins, reducing rework and increasing delivery predictability.
    • Identify, prioritize, and validate product improvement opportunities based on user needs, business goals, and market insights.
    • Conduct product discovery activities, research, benchmarking, and analysis to support data-driven decisions.
    • Collaborate with UX, architecture, and technical teams to design solutions aligned with user experience, technical requirements, and regulatory considerations.
    • Monitor product metrics and indicators such as adoption, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders, transforming insights into actionable product enhancements.
    • Act as a bridge between business areas, technology teams, and users, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
    • Support agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and encourage continuous improvement practices within development teams.
    • Contribute to the development of junior Product Owners by sharing best practices in backlog management, product discovery, and delivery processes.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate has experience managing digital products, strong knowledge of product management practices, and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. A strategic mindset, analytical skills, and familiarity with payment ecosystems are essential for success.

      • Previous experience as a Product Owner focused on Pix, payments, or financial products.
      • Strong knowledge of product management techniques, including discovery, opportunity mapping, backlog prioritization, and value-driven delivery.
      • Experience creating and communicating product roadmaps.
      • Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
      • Ability to analyze market context, customer needs, and business challenges to define product initiatives.
      • Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and support data-driven decisions.
      • Experience collaborating with UX teams during discovery and product development processes.
      • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
      • Ability to manage priorities, align expectations, and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments.
      • Nice-to-have:

        • Knowledge of Pix regulatory ecosystem and Central Bank requirements.
        • Experience with financial products in banking or cooperative financial environments.
        • Experience working with innovation teams or squads launching new products.
        • Familiarity with Open Finance and payment market trends.
        • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
        • Experience with prioritization frameworks such as RICE, Impact Matrix, or similar approaches.
        • Familiarity with product metrics, including North Star Metrics, OKRs, and adoption funnels.
        • Experience conducting usability tests and user research.
