Accountabilities:

    • Lead product demonstrations across the assigned region, ensuring compliance with demonstration standards and delivering engaging scientific presentations.
    • Support strategic sales opportunities by participating in customer visits and providing clinical expertise during advanced stages of the sales cycle.
    • Partner with regional sales leadership to identify new market opportunities and expand the clinical applications of diagnostic solutions.
    • Drive competitive replacement initiatives by positioning solutions against competing technologies and supporting business growth strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, and end users through ongoing scientific engagement.
    • Respond to clinical and application-related customer inquiries within established service timelines, collaborating with subject matter experts when needed.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to develop networks of key users and clinical advocates while supporting educational initiatives.
    • Deliver product application training and strengthen the scientific capabilities of sales and service teams across the region.
    • Requirements

      • Master's degree in Science or an equivalent qualification in a relevant healthcare or life sciences discipline.
      • Postgraduate specialization in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field; a Ph.D. is considered an advantage.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical applications, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare technology.
      • Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare and diagnostics landscape.
      • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts effectively.
      • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while building trusted relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
      • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approximately 70% travel).
      • Previous experience in clinical sales or customer-facing commercial roles is highly desirable.
      • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to delivering customer success.
