Your role is to ensure programs deliver against commitments while building strong, trusted customer relationships.This role directly contributes to ICEYE’s ambition to become the leading provider of space-based ISR infrastructure by scaling reliable, high-impact mission delivery globally.The role will be based in Munich or Berlin. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.Expected outcomesDeliver assigned Satellite Mission programs on time, within budget, and to agreed performance standardsBuild and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships, acting as the primary interface throughout program executionEstablish and drive clear program plans (scope, milestones, resources, financials) aligned with internal and customer objectivesIdentify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure uninterrupted program deliveryOrchestrate cross-functional execution across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teamsImplement scalable program management practices that improve delivery reliability and efficiency across MissionsEstablish effective reporting structure and communication channels and mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate information flow among program team members, stakeholders, and senior leadershipWhat we’re looking forMust haves:Proven experience (5–10 years) managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs involving advanced technology systems (e.g., space, defence, telecom, automotive, IT, or similar)Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex requirementsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teamsExpertise in program planning, execution, and governance (scope, schedule, budget, risk management)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under uncertaintyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiencesFluent German (native level) and ability to obtain security clearanceBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related fieldNice to haves: Knowledge in Earth Observation (EO), SAR, or remote sensing programsExperience working on satellite or similarly complex system programsExperience with governmental or defense customersKnowledge of hardware, software, or embedded systems developmentExperience in product development environmentsMaster’s degree in business, engineering, or a relevant fieldPMP, PgMP, or equivalent...
