Accountabilities:

    The Pessoa Analista de Dados Pleno | Aquisição will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights that support marketing and sales strategies. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to data quality, and collaboration with internal teams to improve acquisition performance.

    • Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of marketing and sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that provide accurate and actionable insights for business teams.
    • Manipulate and interpret data to identify patterns, customer behaviors, and factors impacting acquisition strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand data needs and deliver analytical solutions.
    • Support the definition and monitoring of KPIs, metrics, and OKRs related to customer acquisition and business performance.
    • Perform statistical analyses and contribute to predictive models focused on customer behavior and sales trends.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity through regular validation, monitoring, and review processes.
    • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to different audiences across the organization.
    • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a data professional with experience in analytics focused on marketing and sales, capable of transforming complex information into strategic recommendations. This role requires technical proficiency, business understanding, and strong communication skills.

      • Experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on sales, marketing, or customer acquisition.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
      • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales metrics, including consumer behavior, acquisition KPIs, and OKRs.
      • Experience with customer segmentation, prospect analysis, and market or competitive analysis.
      • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
      • Intermediate Power BI skills for creating interactive reports and dashboards.
      • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms such as Pipedrive, RD Station, Intercom, or similar solutions.
      • Intermediate SQL knowledge for querying and manipulating databases.
      • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
      • Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement.
      • Ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and support decisions with data-driven arguments.
