Product Director [Multiple Positions Available]
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Drive the development and execution of innovative digital product solutions, owning the strategic product development roadmap to ensure alignment with firmwide objectives and key results (OKRs). Define and implement the strategic product vision to elevate an ideal omnichannel client and advisor digital experience, ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement across various channels. Own the end-to-end process for optimizing the coordination and reporting of key deliverables for the broader team. Analyze, model, and manage the day-to-day coordination for a full end to end digital product platform Oversee the implementation of firmwide product delivery processes, including agile methodologies, OKR processes, budgeting, and product model work. Collaborate with key stakeholders from business, technology, legal, compliance, service, operations, marketing, and communications to elicit requirements, feedback, and buy-in. Understand client and advisor needs, create user journeys, and ensure execution to advance current capabilities and drive the next generation of digital solutions. Identify and elaborate on critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes that align with product vision/goals and partner with firmwide product, technology, design, and data partners to build them. Develop plans and execute product releases, maintenance, and retirement as needed. Partner with digital channels, operations, service, and technology teams to assure effective communication of requirements and rapid delivery of key product releases. Drive development of adequate program support across nontechnology teams, including Field Engagement and Adoption, Client Service, Legal, Compliance, and Risk. Review data analysis performed by junior employees, and independently define and track OKRs/KPIs and product/program adoption and usage metrics, evangelizing for adoption. Oversee junior-level employees' tracking and reporting of strategic deliverables and risks, and directly communicate/deliver the reports to senior leadership, specifically highlighting for senior leadership the strategies and risks involved. Independently develop, edit, and present internal reports to partners and senior leaders in order to create transparency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering (any), or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Director, Product Manager, Wealth Management Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering (any), or related field of study in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering (any), or related field of study plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Director, Product Manager, Wealth Management Consultant, or related occupation or as Product Director, Product Manager, Wealth Management Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience with the following: financial products, markets, and regulations relevant to private banking and wealth management; developing and implementing long- term strategies that align with a bank's goals and market opportunities; translating high-net-worth individuals' needs and preferences relating to their banking, investment, and wealth management experiences into product features and services that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth; performing data analysis to assess product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions; managing product delivery projects end-to-end including planning, execution, and coordination with cross-functional teams; presenting strategies to and collaborating with stakeholders; working with financial technology (FinTech) and digital banking platforms; liaising with design, IT, development, data, and operations teams; developing program support across non- technology teams including field engagement and adoption, client service, legal, compliance, and risk; and defining and tracking KPIs, OKRs, and product and program adoption and usage metrics. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: the regulatory environment affecting private banking including compliance requirements and risk management practices; setting up project structures and planning work effort for complex projects; project management methodologies and tools; business process analysis, workflow reviews, and business process reengineering; investments, modern portfolio theory, and efficient-markets theory for asset pricing; analyzing portfolio performance and evaluating options and futures contracts; competitive analysis, product positioning, and assessment of product distribution channels; information systems including large- scale enterprise systems used for management; information systems analysis; systems design; database systems; knowledge management systems; evaluating technology choices and supporting acquisitions from a product perspective; product design and development processes; communicating recommendations to management that are supported by analysis; and collaborating with cross- functional teams.

Full-Time. Salary: $241,925.00-$285,000.00 per year.
