**Summary:** The Network Implementation Engineer - OSP Project Manager is responsible for overall implementation, deployment and technical delivery of Greenfield & Brownfield fiber deployments and leased IRUs into the Meta production environment. Activities will include project managing the day to day activity of network development projects in North America, managing partners/contractors against deliverables, identifying and mitigating project risks and developing and managing project budgets ensuring on-time delivery of network to the business. In this role, you will collaborate with Network Development, Network Planning, Edge Network Deployment, Legal, Finance and other internal stakeholders. **Required Skills:** Network Implementation Engineer - OSP Project Manager Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage build partners, engineering and construction firms and associated project budget/s mitigating risk for the project through pre-planning, innovative planning, and partnership 2. Collaborate with internal teams to implement long-term infrastructure build plans considering construction timelines, ROW feasibility, and budget needs 3. Support tracking and management of ROW and permit acquisition process in conjunction with an accelerated deployment schedule of design and construction 4. Collaborate with Sourcing & Net/Dev on new Project Opportunities, potential partner / vendor identification, buildability & High Level Project Budget 5. Receive new Projects to Implementation stage via Project Kickoff Document including full E2E requirements support MPR 6. Drive Q/A and Q/C of project management system updates/reporting 7. Service delivery of Project deliverables to Meta cross-functional teams, including all E2E elements in support of MPR(s) as applicable 8. Development of Fiber Acceptance and project closeout packages in accordance with Meta Standards 9. Technical delivery and acceptance from vendors of fiber specs, interpretation of OTDR traces, and project closeout packages 10. Work closely with finance to develop business plans, budgets, and forecasts 11. Move to MINIMUM_QUALIFICATION or PREFERRED_QUALIFICATIONS **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 12. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience 13. Experience negotiating with vendors, partners, or contractors to resolve project issues and reach agreements 15. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency proficiency, with experience using spreadsheet tools and/or programs 16. Experience preparing and presenting quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis and reports 17. Detail oriented with experience managing multiple cross-functional tasks and projects 18. Understanding of key telco milestones for delivery of dark fiber routes **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 19. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 20. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 21. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 22. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 23. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 24. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 25. Knowledge of capital budget management. (i.e.-project forecasting, management of accruals) 26. 7+ years of project management experience with a focus on Telecom and/or utility construction preferred 27.
