Accountabilities:
- Developing and improving lifecycle marketing strategies across the entire customer journey, from initial awareness through expansion and retention.
- Creating scalable nurture programs that educate prospects, increase engagement, and generate qualified demand from large audiences.
- Building repeatable lifecycle campaigns that support product marketing initiatives across different products and regions.
- Defining lifecycle program goals, success metrics, entry and exit criteria, and optimization strategies.
- Managing inbound demand acceleration initiatives, including lead qualification, routing, recycling, and hand-raiser programs.
- Owning email marketing strategy, including templates, governance, quality standards, deliverability improvements, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Creating customer lifecycle and expansion programs in partnership with Customer Success and Product Marketing teams.
- Acting as a key connector between Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to align priorities and execution.
- Establishing reporting frameworks, analyzing funnel performance, and running experiments to continuously improve lifecycle outcomes.
- Documenting processes and developing scalable operating models that improve consistency across teams.
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience creating lifecycle strategies and building programs beyond simple campaign execution.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience designing nurture journeys that influence complex B2B buying processes.
- Deep understanding of lead management, scoring, routing, and sales alignment strategies.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to experimentation and optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into marketing programs.
- Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or complex technology markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with intent data, behavioral marketing, customer expansion programs, or matrixed product marketing organizations is advantageous.
