Job Description As a Security Officer Visitor Reception in Chicago, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Front Desk Officer in a busy retail location, you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and support security-related operations through clear communication and outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon05:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri05:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat05:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.Monitor lobby and entrance activity, greet guests, verify credentials, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with property guidelines.Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts when needed.Support a professional presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with directions and information, and complete required reports and logs accurately.
