Oracle is seeking a seasoned executive delivery leader to oversee a portfolio of our most important enterprise client relationships. This is a highly visible, executive-level individual contributor role for a leader who excels through influence rather than direct people management. You will serve as the executive accountable for complex transformation initiatives, partnering with senior customer executives and Oracle leadership to deliver business outcomes, navigate organizational complexity, and build trusted, long-term partnerships.

Combining executive presence with commercial acumen, you will work across Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Product Development, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes, strengthen executive relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and maximize long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across a portfolio of Oracle's largest and most strategic enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the executive delivery leader and trusted advisor for CIOs, CTOs, COOs, business executives, and executive steering committees.
- Build long-term executive relationships by understanding customer business priorities and aligning Oracle solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Provide executive oversight for complex, multi-workstream transformation programs, ensuring delivery excellence across scope, schedule, quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive executive governance, portfolio health reviews, risk management, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making.
- Anticipate delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies before they impact customer outcomes.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Support organizations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Balance customer objectives with Oracle's strategic priorities while maintaining operational excellence across multiple engagements.
- Identify opportunities to expand strategic accounts by strengthening executive relationships, driving customer success, and delivering measurable business value.
- Lead and mentor senior delivery leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Influence executive stakeholders through exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and sound business judgment.
- Travel up to 50% to support executive client meetings, governance sessions, business reviews, and strategic planning activities.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or strategic consulting engagements.
- Proven success managing executive-level customer relationships within complex global organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading large delivery portfolios consisting of multiple enterprise programs, multimillion-dollar budgets, and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite leaders, executive steering committees, and board-level stakeholders.
- Deep expertise managing delivery risk, executive escalations, organizational change, governance, and enterprise transformation.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing delivery excellence, customer success, financial performance, and strategic account growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $169,800 to $355,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
