About The Role
Torch is seeking an experienced, analytical and energetic marketing leader who has a track record of building high-performing, customer-obsessed and data-driven marketing teams. In this role, you will own the marketing strategy and execution to drive Torch’s brand awareness and growth for our existing marketplace solution and new products that we are launching in 2026 and 2027. You will interface with stakeholders across departments to create a cohesive brand voice and lead impactful demand generation initiatives. This professional should strategically approach Torch’s market positioning and has the mandate to implement high-ROI solutions across a variety of channels to scale our acquisition efforts.
What You Will Do
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy of Torch’s marketplace and new products to drive growth and brand awareness:

Manage, hire and mentor a best-in-class marketing team that is customer and data obsessed

Own and optimize marketing KPIs and budget allocation across all channels

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Operations to drive demand and customer acquisition

Spearhead brand positioning and communication initiatives that resonate with our customers
About You

A proven marketing leader with experience in high-growth environments (marketplace or B2B SaaS preferred)

Strong analytical and data skills with experience leading a data driven team

Expertise in demand generation, brand marketing, content and growth marketing

Adept at using AI tools to drive a creative, personalized a high velocity marketing

Strong leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams

10+ years of relevant marketing leadership experience
