Accountabilities:
- Own the full global monthly close process across multiple international entities, including consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable internal controls across revenue, procurement, and cash processes to support a high-growth environment
- Manage intercompany accounting, transfer pricing structures, and cross-border financial flows in partnership with external advisors
- Oversee external audits, statutory reporting, and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions through coordination with third-party providers
- Support treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, FX exposure management, and working capital optimization across global entities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning to support strategic business decisions and company growth
- Manage and develop accounting team members and external accounting partners across multiple regions, ensuring high-quality financial operations
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience in a multi-entity organization with ownership of close and consolidation
- Active US CPA certification
- Strong background in professional services or technology consulting environments
- Proven expertise in US GAAP, financial reporting, consolidation, and internal control frameworks
- Demonstrated experience managing audits, tax processes, and statutory compliance across multiple countries
- Experience supervising accounting teams and coordinating external or outsourced accounting providers
- Strong ability to build and improve accounting systems and processes in fast-scaling environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear business insights
- Preferred: experience with Latin American entities such as Uruguay, Argentina, or Mexico, including local tax and payroll frameworks
- Preferred: familiarity with transfer pricing, ERP implementations, or M&A integration activities
- Preferred: professional Spanish proficiency and exposure to cross-border finance operations
