Working closely with the AI Solutions Architect, this position requires translating conceptual solution designs into robust, scalable, and secure software applications, APIs, and platform integrations. The role demands a security-first mindset, ensuring all development activities adhere to organizational security standards and regulatory obligations such as CMMC, NIST SP 800 series, and DFARS. The ideal candidate will possess strong software engineering fundamentals complemented by practical experience in AI/ML tooling and cloud platforms. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position that offers opportunities to work on innovative projects within a dynamic environment, contributing to the advancement of AI capabilities in a mission-critical context.QualificationsUS Citizenship Required and ability to maintain a Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum of four years of progressive software engineering experienceAt least two years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML-powered applications or automation solutionsProficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or GoExperience building and deploying APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applicationsPractical experience with AI/ML frameworks, large language model integration, or automation platform developmentFamiliarity with secure software development practices in regulated environmentsExperience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code toolsResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation tools, workflows, and integrations to meet cross-functional business needsBuild and maintain APIs, microservices, and data pipelines connecting AI capabilities to enterprise applicationsImplement and configure commercial AI/automation platforms, making build vs. buy decisions where appropriateWrite clean, well-documented, and testable code following established engineering standardsDevelop and fine-tune AI models, prompts, and automation workflows to resolve operational bottlenecksIntegrate large language models, machine learning frameworks, and AI services into enterprise workflowsCreate internal tools and interfaces enabling non-technical teams to leverage AI solutions...
