What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Priority Support Agent on a Fixed Term Contract basis within our Roomex division. This position falls under our Lodgings line of business and is based from our Dublin office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support across multiple communication channels. You will manage customer enquiries through Salesforce cases, phone calls, and live chat, ensuring timely resolution while delivering a positive customer experience. You will report into the Priority Support Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams across the division.

Role Responsibilities
- Managing and resolve customer enquiries and requests through Salesforce cases.
- Providing professional and friendly support via inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Responding promptly and accurately to customer enquiries through live chat.
- Investigating customer issues, identify solutions, and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within Salesforce.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams, including Account Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product, to resolve customer issues.
- Meeting established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Identifying recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
- Ensuring all customer communications are handled with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Staying up to date with Roomex products, services, policies, and system updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years + Previous experience in a travel/hotel customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
