Accountabilities:
- Develop and contribute to a structured community management playbook that guides engagement across multiple social platforms.
- Shape and refine brand tone-of-voice for social channels, ensuring consistency while adapting to platform-specific cultures and audiences.
- Monitor online conversations, cultural trends, and real-time moments to identify opportunities for engagement and storytelling.
- Engage directly with communities by responding to comments, messages, and discussions in a consistent and brand-aligned voice.
- Collaborate with communications and social teams to amplify community stories, milestones, and impact-driven content.
- Track engagement metrics, community sentiment, and content performance to inform ongoing strategy and experimentation.
- Test and recommend tools, features, and approaches that improve social listening, responsiveness, and scalability.
- At least 2+ years of experience in community management or social media engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Proven ability to craft engaging, culturally relevant copy and maintain a consistent tone of voice across platforms.
- Experience using social listening and analytics tools to monitor conversations and inform strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of how messaging is received across different regions and communities.
