Asset Management China - Equity Research - Innovative Drug（创新药行业研究员）

Job responsibilities:

1. Industry research and investment support: In-depth coverage of the innovative drug industry chain (including small molecules, large molecules, cell gene therapy, ADC and other cutting-edge sectors) and upstream and downstream links, responsible for sorting investment strategies and mining individual stocks in the sector, actively capturing investment opportunities brought about by key catalysis such as clinical data disclosure, medical insurance negotiation and offshore authorization, and maintaining high-frequency and efficient communication with fund managers and investment research leaders;

2. Fundamental in-depth research: Through solid fundamental research (including but not limited to pipeline value analysis, clinical trial data interpretation, competitive landscape analysis), identify high-quality targets with long-term growth potential, seize market opportunities through accurate timing and stock selection, and strive to achieve excess returns;

3. Strategy implementation and portfolio construction: Continuously deepen the ability to analyze drug regulatory policies (such as FDA/NMPA approval policies), trends in medical insurance payments and industry-leading technologies; build and dynamically maintain an industry simulation portfolio to ensure that the portfolio outperforms the benchmark index;

4. Complete morning meetings, weekly meetings and daily follow-up reports according to company and department rules;

5. Maintain your acumen on cutting-edge medical technology and business model by attending internal and external industry expert meetings, medical academic conferences (such as ASCO, ESMO, etc.) and broker strategy meetings;

6. Efficiently complete other related tasks assigned by the Investment Director and the Research Director.

工作职责：

1. 行业研究与投资支持：深度覆盖创新药产业链（含小分子、大分子、细胞基因治疗、ADC等前沿赛道）及上下游关键环节，负责细分领域的投资策略梳理与个股挖掘，积极捕捉临床数据披露、医保谈判、出海授权等关键催化带来的投资机会，与基金经理、投研负责人保持高频高效沟通；

2. 基本面深度研究：通过扎实的基本面研究（包括但不限于管线价值分析、临床试验数据解读、竞争格局研判），挖掘具备长期成长潜力的优质标的，通过精准的择时与选股把握市场机遇，力争实现超额收益；

3. 策略落地与组合构建：持续深化对医药监管政策（如FDA/NMPA审批政策）、医保支付趋势及产业前沿技术的研判能力；构建并动态维护行业模拟组合，确保组合业绩切实超越基准指数；

4. 根据公司和部门规章制度，完成晨会、每周会议和每日跟踪报告；

5. 通过参加内外部行业专家会、医学学术会议（如ASCO、ESMO等）及券商策略会，保持对前沿医学技术与商业模式的敏锐度；

6. 其他事项：高效完成投资总监及研究主管交办的其他相关工作。

Required Qualifications, Competencies and Skills:

1. At least 3 years of equity research experience in pharmaceutical innovators;

2. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;

3. Strong clinical data interpretation, expert resource integration, and the ability to select alpha companies in the industry;

4. Curious and eager to learn from multiple disciplines;

5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work constructively and successfully with other team members;

6. Effective written and verbal communication skills;

7. Attainment of all necessary regulatory licenses (or any other licenses / qualifications as required) for carrying out Asset Management and other regulated activities.
