As a sales analyst you will coordinate and manage commercial data and reporting needs driving consistency, accuracy and automation of data across plants and customers. You will also support commercial activities, monitor, prepare and manage contract performance tracking for compliance.
Primary Duties:
- Align data and metrics across all reports, Plant, Commercial, and Marketing.
- Produce Commercial reports in support of the Cincinnati Sales Office and in close collaboration with the Customer Account and Marketing teams. (Customer reporting and Contract compliance monitoring, Monthly Sales Summaries, Non-LTA Sales, LTA market share compliance monitoring and analysis, Budgeting and LQE activities, Performance against Budget, LTA Price list updates, raw material Forward Purchase usage and material reconciliations, etc.)
- Utilize/develop IT tools to automate reports and allow access to certain data files for the Commercial team (e.g. Power BI, SharePoint directories etc.).
- Identify and drives improvements in sales processes and systems, ability to identify and facilitate changes necessary.
Develop strong, trusting and collaborative relationships with key internal customer contacts, develop and provide clear, focused and concise professional communications.
Administer and manage contract terms and the tracking of Key Performance Indicators for effective communication of contract performance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Intuition in Business, Finance or Engineering.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal relationship abilities and account management aptitude.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the aerospace industry, investment castings, coatings, or forged products.
- Understanding of terms and conditions, documents and commercial agreements.
