In this role, you will be responsible for marketing, awareness, and demand generation for sales in the Turkish region. Collaborating closely with Sales leadership, you will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support our sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Your expertise in programmatic activities will ensure flawless execution and deliver world-class results.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Work with regional sales managers to develop and implement regional marketing plans to meet pipeline targets
- Drive field marketing programs from planning to execution, ensuring measurable results
- Establish strategic partnerships with field sales teams and focus on the OH Valley area
- Define marketing plans to create and accelerate opportunities and build executive relationships
- Measure lead and pipeline return on investment through metrics analysis and reporting
- Track lead flow and ensure timely follow-up by Sales channels
- Provide onsite execution support for marketing programs (30-40% travel)
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Proven track record of efficiently partnering with sales management
- Strong project management, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Experience with developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
- Background in enterprise software and/or hardware
- Proficiency in sales and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Tableau)
