SUPO, where required)Why this role matters:As a Program Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex satellite mission programs, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations. You’ll act as the central point of coordination across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams, driving alignment and accountability throughout the program lifecycle. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.Your day-to-day responsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of satellite mission programs from contract execution through final deliveryBuild and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high trust and satisfaction throughout the program lifecycleDevelop and manage program plans, aligning scope, schedule, budget, and resources across stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure predictable deliveryCoordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution and remove bottlenecksProvide clear, timely reporting on program status to internal and external stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in program management practices to enhance delivery efficiency and scalabilityWhat we’re looking forMust haves:5–10 years of experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs in advanced technology environmentsProven experience managing customer-facing programs and senior stakeholdersStrong track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomesExpertise in end-to-end program management (scope, schedule, budget, and risk)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex or uncertain environmentsExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesYou speak fluent Dutch and EnglishAbility to obtain required security clearance in the NetherlandsBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related fieldNice to haves:Experience in Earth Observation, SAR, or remote sensingBackground in complex systems or product development environmentsExperience working with government or defence customersFamiliarity with hardware and/or software development environmentsAdvanced degree or program management certification (e.g. PMP, PgMP)Application ProcessInitial screening call with Talent AcquisitionHiring Manager interviewCase study and panel interviewFinal interviewReference checksWorking at ICEYEAt ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
