We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to support our external sales teams by converting quoted works into secured revenue. You'll manage a pipeline of opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to grow sales through upselling and cross-selling.
 

What you'll do:
 

• Manage and convert a pipeline of sales opportunities
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to secure business
• Complete pricing reviews and negotiate with customers
• Provide updates and excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Ensure opportunities are directed to the appropriate sales channels
 

What we're looking for:
 

Must-Have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload
• Ability to work towards targets and KPI objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Team player with a proactive and positive approach
 

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in a sales, customer service, or account management environment
• HVAC product knowledge or industry experience
