Partner closely with Finance and People leadership on payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution and supporting the team’s ownership of payroll operations.
Support immigration processes for employees, coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth case management.
Identify and drive system and workflow efficiencies across People Operations by proactively finding opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale processes through AI and modern tooling.
Lead and contribute to People programs and cross-functional projects that improve the overall employee experience, from engagement initiatives to policy updates and beyond.
