We're a consumer-led digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We're a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, you'll see the impact of your work on the world.

Our Marketing Team

The Marketing team drives Noom's growth by connecting people to programs that help them live healthier lives. Our performance creative function is at the heart of that — turning ideas into direct response ads that convert intent into action.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to support our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help develop high-performing creative for our paid acquisition channels by concepting creative briefs, writing UGC scripts, and supporting the end-to-end creative development process—from insight generation through production and launch.

Success in this role requires curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to dive in and contribute. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. You’ll work alongside teams across Marketing, Product, and Legal to translate complex product information and legal requirements into clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand advertising. By balancing creativity with business objectives, you’ll help develop campaigns that drive growth while meeting brand and regulatory standards.

This role offers the opportunity to both lead smaller initiatives independently and support larger strategic projects. You’ll report to the Senior Creative Strategist and play an important role in helping scale Noom’s creative performance efforts.

You Will

  • Own the day-to-day creative direction for Noom's evergreen paid campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and beyond — from concept and brief through to final approval.
  • Write compelling creative briefs that translate business goals into actionable direction for designers and external partners
  • Mine account trends, reviews, competitive landscape to help shape direction.
  • Partner closely with designers, media buyers, and agencies to move work from ideation to final production
  • Continuously test and iterate on creative concepts to optimize performance
  • Maintain quality and volume of content output — ensuring the right assets are in market at all times
  • Manage timelines and organize workflows to keep production on track
  • Leverage AI tools within your workflow for deeper understanding and faster production.

About You

If you're interested in shaping the future of health through high-impact performance creative, this role may be for you!

You Have

  • 2–3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or an adjacent role (media buying, art direction, DTC copywriting)
  • Hands-on experience producing or briefing direct response ads, UGC, or testimonial-style content
  • Strong written communication and brief-writing skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with designers and/or external creative partners
  • Background at a DTC, digital-first, or high-growth startup brand preferred
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and a high-volume creative environment

What Makes This Job Amazing

  • True ownership of the paid creative workstream.
  • Work on a mission that matters — helping people build healthier habits and live longer lives
  • Collaborative culture with direct access to senior creative leadership

What You'll Earn and Enjoy

  • Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
  • Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
  • Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
  • Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
  • And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, a performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom’s products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.

The base salary range for this position is $59,130 - $77,300. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
