Role responsibilities

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the repair, overhaul, testing, installation, and maintenance of power transformers and related electrical equipment. This role involves both shop-based and field service work, supporting customer facilities throughout the assigned region.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in transformer installation, maintenance, testing, and repair is required, along with strong knowledge of electrical power systems.
