Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical architecture, with a strong emphasis on ServiceMax and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying ServiceMax solutions, including custom workflows and integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of field service management processes and cloud-based architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
