Accountabilities:
- Lead technology and digital transformation projects from initiation through completion using Agile delivery practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure effective backlog management and delivery alignment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and budgets to maintain predictable delivery.
- Act as a servant leader by identifying blockers, resolving challenges, and empowering teams to achieve project goals.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, leadership teams, and clients through regular updates and reporting.
- Track project performance metrics, including velocity, delivery progress, predictability, and value outcomes.
- Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration across teams.
- Coordinate with geographically distributed teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Support technical requirement gathering and translate business needs into actionable project tasks and tickets.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years working in Agile environments.
- Proven experience managing software development or technology transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting teams through iterative delivery cycles.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and changing requirements effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to delivery details.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Ability to gather technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Agile or project management certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP are preferred.
- Experience in consulting, enterprise programs, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
