Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, RLC/VRF, you'll be responsible for:
- Plans, execute, and manages residential, light commercial & VRF projects
- To coordinate with operation team, credit & finance team to ensure timely delivery in meeting forecast plan
- To provide system comparison, analyze and fill in products & technical information
- Able to provide alternative solutions to suit customer's need/requirement
- Be proactive in entire sales cycle, from identifying pipeline, specs in, offering to customers to delivery execution and T&C
- Adapted quickly to unexpected site changes or obstacles encountered during project execution
- Collaborate with management team to develop strategic plans for business growth.
- Develop project delivery forecast & mid-term sales & order plans
Requirements:
- Has minimum degree in Engineering
- Has minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in commercial sales
- Has HVAC experience
- Proactive and aggressive in making sales
- Willing to travel and has own transportation
