Role responsibilities

Provide Level 2/3 production support for Automated Credit, Rewards, and Credit Card Hub applications. Monitor production systems, analyze and troubleshoot failed mainframe jobs, and respond to business user requests.

Requirements

Applicants must have strong experience in Mainframe Production Support and be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Familiarity with various technologies and tools such as JCL, COBOL, and ServiceNow is required.
