This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Regional Director of Revenue Management, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Revenue Management team reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Director- Parks Hotels, you will support revenue management actions and revenue performance across managed Hilton Worldwide branded hotels within an assigned portfolio. This includes communication of company standards through property visitation, commercial planning, training, ownership support, and analysis of hotel revenue performance against established goals and forecasts.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Oversee Revenue Management accountability across the assigned portfolio of resort and urban assets.
- Support hotel and regional commercial activation plans to exceed forecasts and increase market share.
- Constant consideration and search for best-demonstrated practices in the interest of scaling findings for maximum commercial impact.
- Evaluate market demand by utilizing available data including proprietary and third-party data tools.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Build positive partnerships with commercial peers and other teams to ensure clarity in and connectivity to enterprise efforts.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to grow hotel commercial team members. You will focus on how to accentuate individual strengths and improve deficiencies while growing their career and potential within Hilton.
- Relationship and regular communication with AVP of Operations, ownership groups, asset managers, General Managers, Hotel Commercial leaders, regional peers, and other discipline leads outside the commercial team.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Provide recommendations while challenging existing strategies in keeping with Revenue Management Standards, approved business processes, and our goals
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of work experience in Revenue Management with deep experience in Fly to Resorts
- Five (5) years of cross-functional experience in hotel management, or related industry
- Four (4) years of Management Experience
- Bilingual; Fluent English.
- Travel up to 75% (frequency and duration will vary)
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
- Revenue Management experience in All Inclusive Resort environments
- Ten (10) years in revenue management or analytical roles
- Understanding of travel industry reservation and hotel property management systems
