Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for a dynamic Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join the team! Located on the widest stretch of beach in Waikiki. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that has the drive and passion for providing safety and memorable experiences for guests!

Ideal candidates for this role will possess:
Food Handler Certification
At least two (2) years supervisory experience.
Quality customer service background.
Food and Beverage Service knowledge.
Drive and passion in creating memorable guest and team member experiences.


Shift Pattern: Varied – AM PM. Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Support seamless operations: Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting
  • Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: Assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
  • Deliver consistent quality: Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls to maximize value
  • Support team performance and development: Assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training, scheduling, feedback and recognition to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
