This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real start to your career and help shape the future of urban mobility.YOUR MISSION AT VOIAs a People Operations Intern, you'll provide hands-on administrative support to our People & Culture team, working closely with People Operations colleagues to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your mission is to help us deliver timely and accurate support to our Teams across the Nordics and UK. In this role, you will:Monitor and respond to employee queries via our P&C Service Desk (Jira), ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly support.Assist the People Operations team with daily administrative tasks across the Nordics and UK, providing valuable additional capacity to the team.Support data entry and maintenance in our HR systems, help prepare people reports, and assist with basic people data analytics.Help draft, update, and maintain people-related documentation and policies under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.Support policy maintenance and conduct research on people-related topics, including labor law for the Nordics and UK.Assist with operational tasks such as setting up courses and supporting internal processes.Participate in projects to improve and digitalize people processes, bringing a fresh perspective.WHAT...
