You will focus on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement.  Where will you be based and what business will you support?Based in Barcelona, Spain; you will join a globally distributed team in support of our European Laboratory businesses. How can you help us?you will:Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processesDevelop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerShell)Automate repetitive activities such as:Reporting & KPIsData handling & reconciliationIT support processesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutionsContribute to AI-driven initiatives (e.g. copilots, intelligent agents)Continuously improve and scale automation solutionsWhat can we do for you?We Offer: Exposure to high-impact automation projects across multiple European sitesA chance to be part of a growing central IT team driving digital transformationExposure to AI and next-generation automation technologiesFast learning curve in a complex and international environmentQualificationsAre you our kind of extraordinary?You have:~2–6 years of experience in automation / RPA / scripting / process improvementHands-on experience with tools such as:Power Automate / RPA toolsPython, PowerShell or similarStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetInterest in AI and emerging technologiesGood communication skills in English and ability to work in an international teamYou are:Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new environmentsA fast learner.Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.What else should I know? The following skills are an advantage:Experience with APIs or system integrationsExposure to Power Platform or low-code toolsBasic data handling or database knowledgeBackground in Pharma operations. Additional InformationWe support your development! Do you feel you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
