As a Maintenance Mechanic - Level 4 here at Solstice, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to keep our operations running efficiently.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations by ensuring that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and functioning properly. Your expertise in maintenance will help minimize downtime and improve the reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Facilities maintenance such as
  • Sewer lines
  • Piping
  • Pneumatic piping
  • Waste water piping
  • Sump pumps
  • Closed loop cooling systems
  • Facilities well pump system
  • Emergency water system
  • Maintenance and instillation of all above 
  • Backflow preventors 
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems and implement effective repair solutions
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of machinery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with budget management

COMPENSATION

The annual base hourly range for this position is $34.32-$42.94 ($71,400 - $89,304) Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
