Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Elevate every guest: Bring energy and warmth to every interaction — make every visit feel personal
- Craft standout drinks: Mix, garnish and serve to recipe standards with flair and consistency
- Run a tight bar: Keep stock, glassware and perishables organised for seamless service
- Handle payments smoothly: Process cash, cards, vouchers and gifts through the POS with accuracy
- Manage quality & inventory: Monitor freshness, track stock and keep the bar at its best
- Uphold safety standards: Lead responsible alcohol service and maintain health & sanitation compliance

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, or Senior Bartender within a hotel, restaurant, or premium bar environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage operations
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Experience managing stock control and bar operations
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
