You will be the person designing those systems, working directly with the founders on the commercial engine of the company. 🚀 Why Us Backed by more than €7.5 million in funding from investors including Mosaic Ventures, Speedinvest, and Revent, plus co-financing from the European Union through the ERDF Full ownership from day one , working directly with the founding team Real exposure to how a climate tech company builds its go-to-market engine , not a side project A fast-moving, hierarchy-light environment where good ideas ship quickly 🛠️ What You’ll Do Design and build AI-powered sales automations , including Claude skills and agent workflows, that handle lead research, outreach, and reporting Support the founders and sales team in identifying leads, running outreach, and preparing for and joining meetings Build and maintain sales analytics and reporting so decisions are based on data, not guesswork Contribute to market research, partnership building, and investor and stakeholder outreach Help shape company strategy by spotting opportunities, defining milestones, and keeping the team focused Support day-to-day operations and communications, including content, presentations, and events, as needed 👤 Your Profile ✅ What You Bring You use AI tools daily to build things , not just to chat You have built, or want to build, Claude skills, agents, or automations Strong interest in climate, carbon management, or sustainability Strong communication skills in English and German, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply An analytical and proactive mindset You are comfortable owning a project with minimal oversight You are enrolled in or have graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or have equivalent practical experience ➕ Nice to Have Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Clay, or similar automation platforms A background in SaaS sales, consulting, or a startup environment Familiarity with Attio, HubSpot, Jira, or Confluence 🌍 About Us Forward earth is a Berlin-based climate tech company founded in 2023 by Dr. Micha Schildmann, Cari Davidson, and Giuseppe Gentile.
