Join us and be part of a global team that’s passionate about driving innovation and making a difference. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Delivery Project Manager specializing in Technology Expert Labs services for IBM's Storage Portfolio, you will provide world-class services for data and AI, hybrid cloud, and data resiliency solutions for clients based on IBM Storage systems and software. You will work with clients to deliver solutions that meet their business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Deliver Client Solutions: Provide world-class services for data and AI, hybrid cloud, and data resiliency solutions for clients based on IBM Storage systems and software. • Implement Project Plans: Execute project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients. • Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery and meet client expectations. • Manage Solution Delivery: Oversee the delivery of solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are implemented successfully. • Support Client Needs: Support clients in achieving their business objectives through the successful implementation of IBM Storage solutions. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Exposure to Data and AI Solutions: Familiarity with data and AI solutions, including data resiliency and hybrid cloud, in relation to IBM Storage systems and software. • Experience Working with IBM Storage Systems: Knowledge of IBM Storage systems and software, including their application in delivering client solutions. • Understanding of Project Plan Execution: Exposure to executing project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients. • Familiarity with Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery and meet client expectations. • Exposure to Solution Delivery Management: Basic understanding of overseeing the delivery of solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are implemented successfully. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Data Resiliency Knowledge: Exposure to data resiliency solutions in relation to IBM Storage systems and software, including their application in delivering client solutions. • Hybrid Cloud Familiarity: Familiarity with hybrid cloud solutions in relation to IBM Storage systems and software, including their application in delivering client solutions. • AI Solution Exposure: Exposure to AI solutions in relation to IBM Storage systems and software, including their application in delivering client solutions.
