We are actively hiring an Infusion Nurse (Oncology) to support our Valkyrie Clinical Trials Denver, Colorado site.

LOCATION: Onsite
FLSA: Non-Exempt
HOURS: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week
COMPENSATION: $42.00 - $57.00 per hour (depending on experience)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

A. Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all applicable regulatory requirements.

B. Perform IV infusion of blinded and unblinded investigational products according to study protocols.

C. Obtain blood specimens and other biological samples from study subjects following proper clinical procedures.

D. Ensure accurate and timely source documentation in compliance with GCP and sponsor guidelines.

E. Monitor subjects for adverse events and report findings by protocol and regulatory requirements.

F. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of study data and participant information.

G. Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, and other clinical staff to ensure protocol compliance.

H. Participate in training sessions and maintain current knowledge of clinical trial procedures and safety standards.

I. Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.

J. Additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

A. Work is performed on-site in a clinical office setting.

B. Local travel may be required as needed.

C. Daily computer use.

D. Exposure to human bodily fluids.

E. Participant/Patient care.

F. Occasional evening and weekend work schedules.

G. Ability to properly lift thirty-five pounds and occasionally more than thirty-five pounds.

H. Ability to drive and daily availability of an automobile.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

A. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.

B. Current nursing license is in good standing.

C. GCP certification preferred.

Experience:

A. Minimum 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.

B. Proficiency in IV infusion and phlebotomy required.

Knowledge and Skills:

A. Exceptional knowledge of clinical research methods preferred.

B. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

C. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and align with operations.

D. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

E. Excellent computer skills to include Office365 products.

F. Experience in reviewing Standard Operating Procedures preferred.

G. Strong problem solving, risk assessment and impact analysis abilities.

H. Demonstrated experience in process improvement.

I. Flexible and able to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.

J. Ability to think independently and influence when appropriate.
