About the role

In short: You build and scale Cellbyte's pharma partnerships and AI-native services engine, acting as a trusted advisor, a builder of an AI-native services capability, and a founding stakeholder shaping our commercial strategy.This is not a typical "sales" role. Within your first 12 to 18 months, you'll deliver multiple high-impact client projects end-to-end, originate millions in revenue, build a high-performing team, and help position Cellbyte as a leading AI-enabled partner in market access.Especially in the early phase, you'll run projects personally and hands-on - scoping, analyzing, and producing client-ready deliverables yourself, without a junior team to lean on. You build the team to scale delivery later; first you prove the model with your own hands.Your key responsibilities:
  • Leverage your network to originate and close high-value, project-based engagements, building long-term, trust-based relationships with senior pharma stakeholders.
  • Act as the face of Cellbyte in client interactions and become a trusted name among pharma decision makers.
  • Lead and shape project-based engagements across market access, pricing, and launch strategy, delivering high-impact insights using Cellbyte's AI platform.
  • Establish a repeatable model for winning and delivering RFPs, building a strong, weighted pipeline as you go.
  • Initially deliver engagements end-to-end yourself; as volume grows, build and mentor a team of top-tier Project managers, overseeing delivery while keeping the quality bar high, and create a structure that combines AI-native delivery with expert judgment - increasing the share of work the platform does over time.
  • Translate client needs into product direction, working closely with the founders and product team on roadmap, positioning, and Cellbyte's long-term role in the pharma commercial ecosystem.

You might be a fit if…

  • You have senior experience in pharma consulting or a commercial pharma function (e.g. market access, pricing, launch excellence).
  • You have a strong network across European pharma, with access to key decision makers, and a proven track record of originating and delivering high-value projects.
  • You're genuinely excited about AI and believe the future of services is AI-native - you want to use the platform to outperform traditional advisories, not replicate them.
  • You have experience leading teams and scaling consulting units, and exposure to AI, data-driven decision-making.
  • You carry high credibility and trust with clients. You're someone people rely on.
  • You hold a high quality bar: everything you ship is client-ready, and you give and receive direct, honest feedback.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you build and execute - as comfortable producing the analysis and deliverable yourself as you are originating the deal.
  • You're hungry, high-energy, and resilient. You thrive at startup speed and want ownership, not a playbook handed to you.
  • You can personally take a client project from scoping to final deliverable without junior or Project Manager support - and you're energized by doing the work yourself, not just directing it.
  • Bonus: a background from a top-tier consultancy, experience working across EU markets (US exposure is a plus)
