Back to jobsService Technician (m/f/d)MunichAPPLYAbout the Role  At ARX Robotics, service and operational readiness are essential to delivering reliable autonomous systems in demanding environments. As a Service Technician, you will support the performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our systems across field operations, customer deployments, and internal testing environments.  You will work closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to resolve technical issues, improve system reliability, and ensure valuable field insights are integrated into future product development. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of robotics, software, electronics, and mechanical systems in a fast-moving defense technology environment.  What You’ll Build  Troubleshoot complex issues across the full product portfolio involving mechanical, electrical, and software systems  Support field and depot service, maintenance, and repair activities for ARX products   Act as a point of contact for customers and operational support requests   Document service missions, technical findings, and maintenance activities accurately   Support demonstrations, deployments, and operational missions across different environments   Collaborate with R&D and production teams to provide structured feedback from field operations   Help improve system reliability, maintainability, and operational performance   Contribute to efficient and scalable service workflows and technical support operations   Define and improve service processes to support smooth and scalable service operations   Support the development of documentation, workflows, and operational standards for the service organization   What You Bring   Fluency in German and English Experience in technical service, maintenance, field support, or troubleshooting within complex technical environments   Hands-on understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software-based systems   Confidence diagnosing and resolving technical issues independently and under time-sensitive conditions   Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers and operational stakeholders   A structured and solution-oriented approach to documenting technical work and service activities   Flexibility and willingness to travel for field operations, demos, and service missions   Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and operations teams   A proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills   A valid driver’s license   Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply.
